Launching acquire business brokers was the culmination of more than 40 years’ combined experience working in either Australia’s premier, publicly listed, service companies or key sales & finance industries as well as a further 36 years as business owners and company directors, in both Albury & Wodonga.
Prior to establishing acquire business brokers, Chris & Robyn Weddall had been involved in the acquisition &/or divestment of multiple businesses and commercial properties.
These experiences made us realise that for business broking services to be truly successful, they require a dedicated, qualified and specialist skill set, rather than being an add on or secondary service for a regular Real Estate agency.
In fact, the sale of our own business in 2014, initially engaging brokerage, legal and accounting services in multiple states of Australia, was eventually negotiated and finalised by ourselves, an experience that provided the impetus for commencing acquire business brokers.
Since then acquire business brokers’ principals have been providing business development and mentoring services in Albury/Wodonga and are qualified, certified and licensed business agents in both New South Wales and Victoria.
